Shondolyn has spent 21 years as an educator, and 5 years as a Women’s Ministries Leader. In 2008, Shondolyn co-produced and released her debut album “If I Would Trust God”, and founded SYR Ministries. Even though she is very accomplished, her message to the world is that she is “always in the process of becoming.” Shondolyn is well versed in personal development and providing health and wellness support.

Michael is a retired IT professional who most recently served in the role of Senior Programmer Analyst / Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator. Over the years, he has become quite comfortable with assisting people during stressful situations and helping them to come up with a plan of success. Michael has also mentored a number of college and high school students over the years. Because of his previous job and his life experiences, Michael is very seasoned with time management, career planning, and work-life balance.
