Michael Richardson brings more than twenty‑seven years of professional experience in higher education, information technology, and student support to his leadership at Tailored Synergy. His career at Mississippi University for Women included service as Senior Programmer Analyst and Learning Management Systems Administrator, where he provided technical guidance, system oversight, and communication support for students, faculty, and staff. His work strengthened academic operations, supported distance‑education initiatives, and contributed to institution‑wide improvements in learning technology.
Michael’s background includes system implementation, technical support, education technology, and mentorship. He has guided college and high school students through academic planning, time management, and personal development in independent settings, offering steady support during periods of transition. His experience reflects a consistent commitment to clarity, problem solving, and service.
As founder and co‑owner of Tailored Synergy, Michael has overseen digital projects across multiple platforms, coordinated music publishing and distribution, and supported website design and administration for several organizations. His work demonstrates a blend of technical expertise, communication skill, and organizational insight that informs the company’s approach to communication and organizational support.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems, along with certifications in life coaching and solution‑focused coaching. His professional experience includes participation in distance‑education committees, collaboration with academic and administrative departments to streamline processes, provide training, and strengthen system support across the institution, volunteer tutoring within the community, as well as teaching at a summer institute for African American males.

Shondolyn Young Richardson
Co-Owner Tailored Synergy
Shondolyn Young Richardson is an accomplished educator, ministry leader, and creative professional with more than twenty‑three years of experience in education and over five years in women’s ministry leadership. She is the founder of SYR Ministries and Tailored Literacy, as well as the co‑owner of Tailored Synergy, where she brings expertise in literacy, personal development, and wellness.
Her creative work includes the release of her debut album If I Would Trust God, where she served as singer‑songwriter and co‑executive producer. She has also contributed to two published books. Shondolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Reading and Literacy. She also maintains multiple professional certifications, including: • National Board Certification in Literacy • Certified Reading Specialist • Certified Health and Wellness Coach • Certified Life Coach • Certified Solution‑Focused Coach
Shondolyn has facilitated online courses and reviewed instructional materials for Mississippi eLearning for Educators, and she has collaborated with the Mississippi Department of Education on curriculum revisions and literacy initiatives. She currently serves as an adjunct instructor with Washington Adventist University and as the Professional Learning Coordinator at Mississippi University for Women, where she supports faculty development, instructional improvement, and ongoing professional learning. Her leadership also extends to the South Central Conference of Seventh‑day Adventists Women’s Ministry, where she has served as State Director, following her previous service as an Area Leader.
Over the years, Shondolyn has provided solution‑focused coaching, supported digital projects, and contributed to communication and organizational initiatives with professionalism and care for Tailored Synergy. Her background in literacy, instructional design, professional learning, and wellness strengthens the company’s mission by helping individuals and organizations communicate clearly, organize information effectively, and approach their work with confidence and purpose.
She also enjoys leading and supporting workshops and participating in speaking engagements, particularly those focused on literacy, curriculum development, wellness, and personal growth. Beyond education and ministry, she has appeared on the television program Magnify Him and served as director and camera operator for Listen 2 Our Teens. Her diverse experience across teaching, ministry, media, and wellness reflects a lifelong commitment to empowerment, clarity, and growth.
